You don’t need to buy a plane ticket to the Caribbean  to escape chilly Ohio. You can get a taste of the tropics right here at the Market! Be sure to stop at these vendors as you search for weekly delights.

Two Good Eats is a small, family business founded by a couple on a mission to get their kids to eat more fruits and veggies. Think warm thoughts with their bold, artisan drinks like Dragon Fruit Lemonade and Passion Fruit Sunrise! And check them out at the Summer market fort their refreshing frozen veggie pops!

La Dolce ‘Nola, a small family business making artisan granola, offers a taste journey to the tropics with their  creative ‘Nola Midnight variety that includes dried dark chocolate, coconut, and hibiscus. Enjoy the ride!

If you’re in the mood for pineapple and rum, (who isn’t?) then head over to Sweet Thing Gourmet for their Mary Pickford jam, which also includes strawberries and maraschino liqueur. The have been hand-crafting unusual flavored, small batch jams and biscotti from their Bexley kitchen for over 20 years!

Tamarind is a tropical fruit with a unique tangy and sweet flavor that is popular in Southeast Asia and South America. Get a taste with the Tamarind and Ginger cold brew tea (free samples!) from Teas Your Spirits, a family business specializing in creatively flavored hot and cold teas, tea leaves, fusions, and more!

Plain traditional (vegan too!) half pound buckeyes are available for in-store pickup and word on the street is we’ll have some with us at @worthingtonfarmersmarket on Saturday 9-12!!

We’ll be offering boxes of 4 of our Chocolate X Orange and Triple Berry Hot Cross Buns w/ a Spiced Orange Glaze this Sat. @worthingtonfarmersmarket while they last. We will also have a handful of mixed boxes.

I’ve been busy planning all winter, and I’m finally (true to brand) ready to come out of hibernation and get to work making this new phase of YBB happen ❤️ More details will of course come later, but what does this mean for YBB?! This means more bread at market, this means the menu can keep expanding, this means the business will grow beyond just me, this means a space to collaborate in community, this means a better work life balance for yours truly, this means so so much more that will unfold with time. Souper Heroes Finale - Chili Cook-Off!

Calling all CHILI HEADS! April 20 is the next – and final – Souper Heroes event at The Worthington Farmers Market inside The Shops at Worthington Place – and it’s a Chili Cook-Off!

Not familiar with Souper Heroes? It’s a fun, social and charitable event designed to help support hunger-relief agencies in the Columbus area. This event benefits the Worthington Resource Pantry.

ALL types of chili are welcome and encouraged! If you call it chili, then so do we – and we want to taste it! We’ve snagged several local celebrity chefs as judges (all have appeared on national TV cooking shows!) for a blind tasting.

Judge’s Choice Winner will receive a framed award, a Worthington Farmers Market “swag bag” with select market merchandise and a $100 gift certificate! People’s Choice Winner will receive a framed award, a Worthington Farmers Market “swag bag” with select market merchandise and a $50 gift certificate!
