As a resident of Old Worthington for over a decade, Shoma is passionate about bringing the beautiful practices of yoga and movement to her home community and neighboring communities. Through the practice of yoga and movement, she wants to create a haven for all to build not only physical strength and flexibility, but also to build inner strength, flexibility and resiliency. By creating this space that invites creativity, anything can happen!

This unique facility near the heart of Worthington maintains two gymnasiums, an art room, a pottery studio, public meeting rooms, pools and an indoor track and fitness floor and is the administrative hub for the Parks and Recreation Department. OLENTANGY RIVER PARKLANDS
The Olentangy River Parklands offers a seamless route from Worthington to downtown Columbus. This trail winds through several neighborhoods along the Olentangy River, with trailheads at several major city parks, including Antrim Park and Whetstone Park. The path also travels through the heart of the Ohio State University campus.

The park has 5 trails and 60 different challenges for you to choose from. The Adventure Park is a series of platforms in the trees connected by ladders, bridges, ropes, zip lines and obstacles of every kind, all situated in a beautiful forest on the edge of the city.
The Canopy Tours or The Adventure Park are perfect for families, couples, school groups, corporate groups or anyone looking for an adventure.
