Shoma Jha is the founder of Centered Yoga + Movement. As a resident of Old Worthington for over a decade, Shoma is passionate about bringing the beautiful practices of yoga and movement to her home community and neighboring communities. Through the practice of yoga and movement, she wants to create a haven for all to build not only physical strength and flexibility, but also to build inner strength, flexibility and resiliency.  By creating this space that invites creativity, anything can happen!

This unique facility near the heart of Worthington maintains two gymnasiums, an art room, a pottery studio, public meeting rooms, pools and an indoor track and fitness floor and is the administrative hub for the Parks and Recreation Department. Check our hours and come visit us; we look forward to seeing you soon! The 72,000-square-foot Community Center provides many opportunities for fun and fitness. We offer a variety of programs, camps, free special events, fitness experiences, rental opportunities and much more!

Kasa Yoga & Wellness

Kasa Yoga and Wellness is located in historic downtown Worthington, Ohio.  This comfortable and nurturing boutique studio was created by yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner, Katherine Yannucci, as a home away from home, offering yoga, reiki, ayurveda, meditation, workshops, and essential oils.

The Olentangy River Parklands offers a seamless route from Worthington to downtown Columbus. This trail winds through several neighborhoods along the Olentangy River, with trailheads at several major city parks, including Antrim Park and Whetstone Park. The path also travels through the heart of the Ohio State University campus.
