“As first generation farmers, and a startup as well, we are super excited for the opportunity to be apart of such a larger weekly market,” says Bradley Blair, owner of Blair Family Farms, “We are currently raising pasture-based, non-GMO chicken, turkey, and pork. For the 2024 season we will be adding lamb and goat to the farm as well. We look forward to growing our retail customer base and supplying our customers with a high quality high demand product.”

“Bite This is thrilled to join the amazing lineup of existing vendors at the Worthington Farmers Market this winter,” said Annie Dickson, owner and founder of Bite This. “We're excited to provide an opportunity for our loyal creeps to come see us through the off season! Last year, we relied on preorders to get us through the dark times, but I knew with eight employees and a brick & mortar on the way that that just wasn't going to cut it this season, so I'm truly grateful to be welcomed indoors, and we are looking forward to getting to know some new friends in Worthington.”

Many vendors will adapt their wares for the indoor market, sometimes rotating items or introducing new productions. Dickson shared some of the changes at Bite This: “As far as offerings go, I think for new customers it's important to know that Bite This may operate a little differently than what they're used to. We have a rotating monthly menu that consists of variations of our top sellers. You'll always find four different flavors of Bagel Bombs, our original Not F*cking Box Brownie, a specialty version of Brownie, a Fat or Skinny Boy Cookie (or both), and Original and Hellfire Club Pub Grub. The menu will run for four weeks, and on the first of the next month everything will change, so there is always something new and fun to try!”

“We have an awesome line-up of collaborations happening throughout the holidays, kicking off with the Smoked Turkey Pot Pie Bagel Bomb with our good friends from Ray Ray’s Hog “it that'll be available all of November,” she adds. “Plans are already in motion for other treats both savory and sweet.”

“We are so excited to introduce our sauces and the Southern Ting experience to the Worthington community this winter!” says Zaria McBride, Co-Founder + Creative Director. “Southern Ting is a family-owned sauce company and we produce scratch-made, gluten free sauces with a fusion of Southern and Caribbean flavors.”

McBride shared some of their most popular flavors:

  • “The Every-Ting sauce is a multi-purpose sauce that’s sweet, tangy, and kicked up with pops of citrus, hints of garlic, and ginger!”

  • “The Macaroni Pie Cheese sauce is handcrafted with high quality ingredients, naturally lactose-free, and can make a family-sized pan of macaroni and cheese in just a few easy steps! Historically, macaroni pie is the original name for mac and cheese when it was first introduced to America by Thomas Jefferson in the early 1800s. It is still referred to as macaroni pie all over the Caribbean Islands.”

  • “The Sweet Sticky Ting Caramel is an 100% vegan caramel sauce that is a great option for coffee, desserts, apples, and more! We hope our sauces simplify cooking dinner at home while bringing families together. It’s our mission to unify diverse groups in every community and encourage a healthier lifestyle through farm-to-table cuisine.”
