THIS WEEK’S PARTICIPATING VENDORS

MARKET MAP

Veggie Spy & Versatile Vegan

We're berry excited to see the veggie spies discovered red and black raspberries at the market!

Black Raspberries: Franklinton Farms

Red Raspberries: Moreland Family Farms

Broccolini: Toad Hill

Patty Pan Squash: 9N Farm

Garlic: Tilley Farmstead

Squash season has arrived! The Versatile Vegan suggests flying saucer shaped patty pan squash for this Veggie Stuffed Patty Pan Squash recipe. It calls for carrots, which are available at several producers. And you can get the garlic at Tilley!

Put those raspberries now available in the market to good use in this coconut cream based Creamy Vegan Black Raspberry Curd:

Broccolini, or baby broccoli, is a hybrid between broccoli and a Chinese green called gai lan. It has long stalks and small broccoli-like florets. A quick and easy way to try broccolini is this Roasted Broccolini with Tahini Sauce recipe!

Broke Johnny returns to the market for the first time this season. Known for their delicious breakfast and brunch specialties like Chicken & Waffles and Sausage-Potato Hash with Egg, the full menu also offers fan favorites like Huevos Rancheros and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich.

A Reminder to BYOWB

As summer temperatures climb, we encourage you to stay hydrated during your visit to the market! Remember to BYOWB (that's bring your own water bottle) and refill it at the The Worthington Partnership Green Team's water bottle filling station and drinking fountain located on the Southwest Village Green. In order to reduce our plastic waste, the Market is no longer selling bottled water.

Thank you to the City of Worthington Government for supporting us on this sustainability project and thank you to The Worthington Partnership Green Team for working so hard to raise the funds to make it happen!
