DONUT MUFFINS
7 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Razzle Blackberry jam
1 tablespoon Apricot & That’s It jam

We’re very pleased to welcome the Community Refugee & Immigration Services (CRIS) to our Community Table! CRIS is celebrating our 30th year of helping refugees and immigrants reach safety and stability, sustain self-sufficiency, and achieve successful integration into the Central Ohio community. Stop by our tent to learn more about our service and how to get involved as a volunteer or donor. We also will have information on how you can register for our 5K fundraiser on October 4th!

SNAP/EBT & Produce Perks
Summer produce is in season! Here’s a quick guide for food storage to help you keep summer produce fresher longer:
Squash -store in a ventilated bag or box in the fridge.
Peppers - store in a ventilated bag or box in the fridge.
Tomatoes- taste best stored at room temperature! Store in a bowl on the counter with plenty of airflow.
Fresh corn on the cob- keep the husk on and store in the fridge. For best flavor, eat ASAP!
Eggplants- for best flavor, store in a cool, dry place. Store separately from tomatoes, apples, or banana (which can make them ripen/over-ripen too quickly!)
