Join Centered Yoga + Movement & The pARTy Studio to flow and create! (We are next door neighbors) We will begin our evening with a rejuvenating yoga flow at Centered. After clearing our mind and connecting with the self, head downstairs to free creative energy and paint a canvas at The pARTy Studio. You will be guided to express your own version of a spring family of birds.  Bring a friend.  Bring your favorite wine and snacks to enjoy while painting! Treat yourself to this midweek evening retreat.
