Join Jen Hegerty 200-hour RYI and Shoma Jha, 200-hour RYT in exploring mindfulness through yoga, breath, movement and more at a camp geared toward tweens and teens. This camp will be a place to practice mindfulness through movement, smell, vision, hearing, breath and taste. We will learn, move, create and sample different types of yoga and movement. Participants will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, shoes a water bottle and a packed lunch. A light snack will be provided.
